Tralee to Dromoland

Not much happening today, which is good, as I don’t know about the young fella, but I am a bit weary. It was a nice drive on back roads to Tarbert where we put the car on the ferry across to Kilrush & then drove onto Dromoland. We passed lots of little dairy farms with Fresians 🐄 . I was surprised to see each farm had lots of silage stacked up. Apparently they slash their grass paddocks in summer when the grass grows quicker than the cows can eat it, & bale it up into silage for winter.

Even though it is freezing the beach is patrolled as it is their school holidays. 🥶 Can you see the lifesavers?
Saw lots of these today & the dairy factory.
On the ferry with the milk tanker.
